A place to
play and imagine.

As we grow comfortable watching the world instead of stepping into it,
as friendship gets advertised like something you can buy, when it was only ever something you build,
as depth starts to feel like work and fun starts to feel shallow,
we decided to carve out a space to play.

To come together, look closely, and trade ideas. To be fully present. To try something fun, hard, silly or imagined, just to see what happens.
The word
PlayPlayPlayPlayPlay
stands for 5 rules of play.
Play curious
Play slow
Play kind
Play brave
Just play

PlayPlayPlayPlayPlay:
A new drop every week. A question, a dare, and something we make together, around a bigger theme that changes every month.
Here for the same reason. A space designed to slow you down. Not for dating. No pressure to become best friends. Just bring yourself, relax, and be present.
Curious people. People who wonder what the stranger across the subway is feeling today. People who lean in close to a painting and come up with theories about why it was made. People who get lost in their thoughts like philosophers. People who care enough to ask why.
The good kind of uncomfortable. Small, slightly brave things you've been meaning to try: saying hi to a stranger, setting yourself a challenge for the week, or asking a museum guard which painting they'd steal.
Fun, mostly. It's play, so play! It's supposed to be fun :)

We're building PlayPlayPlayPlayPlay as a place to play and imagine.
It isn't finished, and it isn't meant to be. It grows with every question answered, every dare tried, everything we make together.
We're building it for a world where strangers wonder about each other, the honest answer comes first, and play doesn't need a reason. One week at a time, with you.
So,
